Jietonda® SA2487 is a highly efficient charge enhancing agent, which can significantly increase the powder rate when applied to powder coatings, and can overcome the Faraday effect in the spraying process.

Characteristics
Effectively improve the charging performance of powder coatings, and significantly increase the coating powder rate.
Overcoming the Faraday effect and significantly improving the powder coating on grooves.
No catalytic activity, does not affect the gloss of the coating and the gel time of the coating.
Good geothermal stability and anti-yellowing properties.
Does not affect powder storage stability.

Use method & levels
Premix SA2487 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
The use level is 0.3-1.5% by weight calculated on total formula.

Package & Storage
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use and away from fire.
Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least two years at a storage temperature of <32°C.
